OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS PROMOTION IS SPONSORED BY GENERAL GROWTH MANAGEMENT, INC. (“GGMI” or "SPONSOR").

TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter for a chance to win.

i) Respond to The Club’s email invitation to join The Club Mobile and register accordingly by providing the required information;
ii) Log onto www.TheClubMobile.com (the “Website”) to join The Club Mobile and register accordingly by providing the required information;
iii) Mail an 8 x 11.5 inch letter addressed by hand to GGMI, attn: The Club Mobile Sweepstakes, 110 N. Wacker Drive, BSC 3-11, Chicago IL 60606 and include your hand-written name, age, phone number, address, city, state and zip code. Registering for The Club Mobile Sweepstakes by mail allows entrant to participate in the Sweepstakes only, entrant will not be enrolled in The Club Mobile.

Entries must be received between Wednesday, June 2, 2010, 12:00AM CST and Thursday, June 2, 2011 11:59PM CST. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before Thursday, June 2, 2011. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. All entries become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents (except where prohibited) who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. GGMI, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each are not eligible.

WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random electronic drawing on or about June 6, 2011. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize winner will receive:
$1,000.00 in GGP Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.00.
All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer, including service fees.

CLAIMING PRIZE: The winner will be notified by email or phone and will be required to respond within twenty (20) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. This unverified winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability and Publicity Release (“Affidavit & Release”) which must be received by Sponsor within 14 days of the date of receipt of such documents or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If the unverified winner is under the age of 18, the minor’s parent or guardian must also sign the Affidavit & Release.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, entrants agree to: (1) be contacted by the Sponsor, or a designated administrator, via email, mail, or phone; (2) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judge whose decisions are final; and (3) release the Sponsor and its agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize. Additionally, entrants agree that GGMI their agencies and each of their respective parent companies, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, vendors and employees (collectively “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for damages, losses or injuries resulting from participation in this sweepstakes, promotion, or usage of the prizes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a winner, the winner will be determined to be the party who established the email account or the mobile phone account. No prize substitutions allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Illinois. Mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor, who is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing or human errors; and any mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Winners and unverified winners agree that: (i) by accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law); (ii) winner is responsible to comply with all laws and for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of the prize. If the prize is valued at $600.00 or higher a 1099 tax form will be issued in the winner’s name for the ARV. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

WINNER’S LIST: For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to be postmarked by May 20th, 2010 to: GGMI, The Club Mobile Sweepstakes, 110 N. Wacker Drive, BSC 3-11, Chicago IL 60606.

SPONSOR: General Growth Management, Inc., 110 N. Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60606.  The Club and The Club Mobile are service marks owned by GGMI.

PRIVACY & THE CLUB MOBILE: By registering for The Club Mobile, entrants agree to allow either GGMI, or their representatives and agents (“Sponsor and its Administrator”), to access entrant’s mobile number and information provided on the registration form in order for the Sponsor and its Administrator to forward marketing promotions and Entrant’s contact information shall be subject to the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
The Club and The Club Mobile are two separate programs.
